Introduction to Inspirational and Automatic Writing

If you've ever wondered, “Is this really Spirit, or is it just me?”, you're not alone. Maybe you've tried pulling oracle cards or sitting quietly in meditation, but the messages feel unclear, too subtle, or like they’re coming from your own overthinking mind. You want a stronger connection, but you’re not sure how to get there. Writing is one of the most direct, accessible, and underused tools to receive clear guidance from the Spirit World.
In this experiential class, you’ll learn how to move beyond the mental chatter, stop second-guessing yourself, and let Spirit come through in a way that’s real, grounded, and unmistakably authentic.
We’ll begin with Inspirational Writing, a process where you remain fully aware while allowing your thoughts to be influenced by higher guidance. This is where many people start to recognize what Spirit feels like—and begin trusting the messages.
Then we’ll explore Automatic Writing, where you go a little deeper, shifting into a relaxed state and allowing Spirit to guide your hand. Whether the results come through as words, symbols, or images, you'll come away with tangible proof that you’re not making it up.
This is not about being a perfect writer. It’s about quieting the noise, opening to trust, and letting your deeper knowing rise to the surface, on the page and in your life. Bring your favorite oracle card deck if you have one, or the Instruction will have some available to use.
