Salsa Dance Essentials Workshop

Join us Saturday for 2 dance workshops from 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm. The 1st workshop will be the essentials body movements, musicality, timing, connection with partner work, and history of the culture. The 2nd workshop will be an instruction advance level turn techniques and patterns. We will learn the form, timing and execution of advance turns ,body movements, and partner work in advanced patterns. Note: To properly execute advance techniques we must consider the mastery of our basics. It would be good to do the 1st workshop to understand the mastery of the basics executions, body weight control, and successful lead and follow.
