RWR: Cardio Dance Workout Class

Join us for the most fun you’ll ever have exercising on Saturday at 8AM at the Canyon Lakes Clubhouse. The address is 8771 Canyon Lakes Drive.

Rockin with Robyn is an easy-to-follow cardio dance class for adults. Picture a dance party (but it’s actually a workout). Plan to sweat and smile and sing a lot! Bring a bottle of water and sweat towel. Wear fitness clothing and comfortable, supportive sneakers.

The class is high intensity with quick movements. All routines are repetitive and easy-to-follow. You’ll catch on quickly and eventually be able to anticipate my next move.

$15/person - Friends are always welcome! The more the merrier!
