Join us for a Personal Safety and Self-Defense Workshop for women ages 15+. Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so sign up today!

During this active participatory workshop, you will practice realistic self-defense tactics. You will also learn situational awareness and how to handle a confrontation both physically and mentally. Prepare to challenge yourself and feel empowered!

No. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins are not allowed.

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?

You must be 15+ to attend.

How should I dress for the event?

Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.

Yes. If you are unable to attend, we can notify someone on our waiting list that a spot opened up!

Yes! All participants must be registered.

Yes! Absolutely! Most of our partipants are single registrations.

I'm running late, should I still come?

Yes! Please come if you are registered.
