New Moon in Sagittarius

This is a powerful, intentional practice designed to clear stagnation, ignite your inner fire, and set bold intentions for wisdom, travel, learning, and seeking higher truths.
This unique journey weaves a tapestry of movement and stillness, with the soothing, resonant tones of the crystal singing bowls bathing you throughout the entire class.
We will settle into soft, yet dynamic expansive postures to release physical and emotional stagnation, tapping into the Sagittarius themes of optimism and freedom. We'll then move into postures that activate the chakras, opening to joy and heightened intuition, all while staying focused on our intentions of courage and adventure.
