In this immersive workshop, you’ll explore the landscape of your nervous system and learn how your body communicates through sensation, breath, and subtle cues. Together, we’ll unpack the science of stress and trauma in an accessible, embodied way—so you can better understand your own patterns of activation and shutdown. You’ll be guided through somatic inquiries, gentle yoga, breath practices, and grounding tools that help you move from overwhelm toward steadiness, from numbness toward aliveness. This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment, build nervous system awareness, and cultivate regulation strategies you can actually feel. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the aliveness that emerges when the body feels safe. Perfect for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, reactive, chronically fatigued, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, trouble sleeping, caught in a loop of anxiety and depression and more.
