Join us for 90 mindful minutes immersed in nature at The Wise Woods project in Box, Wiltshire. You'll be welcomed by the smell of fresh coffee and wood smoke as we gather around the fire under the green canopy of beeches. This is about nature connection, slowing down and setting intentions so we can live more consciously and become more aware of nature's wisdom. This is your chance to start every month as you mean to go on - grounded, relaxed and energised for the weeks ahead.
Mindful Mondays take place every month with no commitment to sign up to a series. We ask for a minimum donation to cover our costs and invite you to get in touch with us should this be unafforable for you at the moment.
We guarantee that you'll want to start every month this way and look forward to welcoming you back time and time again!
Your facilitator: Mindful Mondays are facilitated by Sue Judge. Sue is a Natural Wellness Coach, Ecotherapist, Nutritionist, Earth Medicine Practioner, Elder and Director of The Wisdom Space.
