Knitting in the Round: Make your own Jumper

So many modern patterns are designed to be knit from the “top down”, allowing a custom fit, professional finish (no seams!) and a stocking stitch finish without having to knit those slow purl rows. Once you’ve completed this course, you will be ready to explore the creative world of top down sweater construction using colourwork, stripes, or whatever takes your fancy.
This course will show you how to knit a top down, in the round jumper, made in a 10ply weight yarn. The jumper is in a single coloured yarn (so no colourwork or stripes to contend with in this course!).
Perfect for confident beginners or intermediate knitters, this 4 part course will guide you step-by-step through the process for knitting top down—from casting on to German short row shaping, working a circular yoke with stitch increases and finishing the body and sleeves - all on circular needles to produce a professional looking, seamless finish.
By the end of the course, you’ll walk away ready to complete your cozy handmade jumper with new techniques under your belt.
