Restorative Yoga { for the Longest Night of the Year }

The winter solstice provides a cozy, candlelit atmosphere for turning inward to contemplate our personal rhythms. As we let go of darkening days and turn to the light, what can we consciously release to make space for rebirth? How can we use this season to recalibrate, to draw attention to what we are clinging to so we can courageously outgrow it? Leap and the net will appear.

with Chelsea Cloeter at BG Yoga Studio - all are welcome and no experience needed.
