This Healing Circle is designed to help you reignite your energy, strengthen your personal power, and step forward feeling grounded and empowered.

Through a guided meditation focused on energizing and empowerment, we’ll work intentionally with breath, visualization, and subtle energy to support confidence, motivation, and inner strength.

💫 Each Healing Circle offers a unique blend of modalities, and this session is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling drained, stuck, or disconnected from your personal power.
