Amped Up!

Our wonderful Bowen Community is invited to attend the Amped Up! Event.

Amped Up Youth Music Initiative is a grassroots, community-driven program dedicated to empowering young people through the power of music and performance. Based in the Whitsundays region, Amped Up! provides a platform for youth aged 5 to 21 to develop their confidence, showcase their talent, and connect with others in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment.

Born from a passion for suicide prevention and youth wellbeing, Amped Up! is more than just a performance program—it's a movement that celebrates creativity, resilience, and connection. Through regular workshops, mentoring, and live performance opportunities, including showcase events like our flagship concert at Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill, young performers are given the space to express themselves and shine.

With a strong focus on inclusion, community engagement, and nurturing the next generation of artists, Amped Up! continues to grow as a powerful tool for mental health awareness, emotional expression, and positive youth development.
