🔌 Why This Unit is Mandatory
Under the Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 (QLD) and Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (QLD), electrical workers and those working near live low voltage equipment must be trained to:
✅ Safely rescue a person in contact with live LV conductors
✅ Apply CPR in an emergency situation
This course is a legal requirement for anyone performing live electrical work or supervising electrical apprentices.

✔️ Identify low voltage rescue equipment and its safe use
✔️ Assess site hazards and isolate supply
✔️ Safely perform a rescue from a live LV panel
✔️ Apply CPR procedures (aligned with HLTAID009)
✔️ Follow emergency response protocols
✔️ Complete reporting and documentation

📍 Bowen or onsite at your location
⏱️ 3–4 hours face-to-face delivery (online option – practical assessment is mandatory)
📋 CPR (HLTAID009) is a pre-requisite or delivered in combination
🎓 Delivered by qualified trainers with real-world electrical and rescue experience
Valid for 12 months (must be refreshed yearly under WHSQ and Electrical Safety Office requirements)

✅ Not be employed by a government authority or excluded industry
✅ Not already hold this unit (unless approved for refresher)
