Turning the Wheel Within - Fall Equinox

This event series has cycled into its second year and I’m so happy to keep sharing practices that honor the shifting rhythms of our inner & outer terrains.

Fall Equinox, a time when light & dark are balanced, we join together for mantra & mudra, pranayama, meditation, before sinking into a FOUR (!) person sound bath. That’s right, you will be surrounded by the sounds of four sound healing practitioners.

An Ayurvedic herbal tea and snack will be offered as we close our circle. I am also giving away essential oil rollers of my fall blend, which we’ll use on Marma and/or meridian points.
