Here's your chance to get your heart health questions answered by our caring expert! Join us for a special session with Dr. Vijay Haryani, our Heart Failure Program Director. This open discussion lets you talk about what matters most to you and learn from others who understand what you're going through.

Light refreshments will be provided and patient and caregivers are encouraged to attend. Walk-ins are welcomed!
