Deep Winter Lymphatic Flush

Sliding into Kapha season - this is the perfect time for a session on myofascial release & lymphatic drainage.

In Ayurveda, January through mid-March is a slow shift from Vata (cold, dry, airy) into Kapha (cold, wet, heavy).

The inner & outer worlds oscillate between the two and both require gentle warming, nourishing, grounding practices. The cold - and often inactivity that comes with it - constricts lymphatic flow, dried out the skin & tissues, while also building the yuck (like mucus)

During this session, we will explore movement, pranayama (breath/energy work), sound, herbalism, and daily self care rituals to support fascia lubrication and lymphatic flow.
