Mother Nurture is a weekend wellness immersion just for moms. A place to forget your to-do list and return to yourself. Come and be held by nature, enjoy nourishing meals, and explore various healing modalities including yoga, forest bathing, sound immersion and more. Replenish in the quietude of the woods, nap in a hammock, sip tea by the fire, and find support in the community of other mothers.
Our yoga classes welcome new, expectant and well-seasoned mothers alike. Modifications will be made to meet you exactly where you are. While the studio does include mats and some yoga props, we encourage you to bring your own if you have them. We will explore a wide range of asana styles including hatha, yin and restorative. Yoga props, such as two blocks, a bolster, a strap and a yoga blanket will ensure that you are safe and comfortable in every pose.
Our wholesome meals are vegetarian, gluten-free, minimally processed and delicious! Please let us know if you have allergies or dietary preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Upon request we may have space in our kitchen for any special meals or supplements you would like to bring.
The lodge where you will sleep is mostly single beds, some bunk beds, in shared rooms with a shared bathroom. We have two private queen rooms available (sold out!) on a first come first serve basis. You are welcome to share your private room with one other guest. To help us ensure that every guest can fully rest and restore, we ask that you come without your children. Our private retreat space is located in the dense forest of the Ozarks, just over and hour southwest of St. Louis in Bourbon, MO. Exact location shared upon booking.
