Middlebrook “Five Generals” Bus Tour

Tour the scene of the Continental Army’s Middlebrook Cantonment and visit five historic houses from the Revolutionary War.

The bus will stop for a quick visit to the five surviving homes George Washington and four additional generals used as headquarters at Middlebrook. Beginning at the Van Horne House with an overview of the area during the winter of 1778-79, tours run at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The tour itself happens ON the bus. Luxury buses and personal VOX listening devices make information easy to hear on the bus and in the historic houses.
