ABOUT LIVE AND FEEL GRATITUDE PRESENTS A SOUND BATH
Join us for a deeply immersive Sound Bath experience guided by Christina, featuring live instruments crafted from the elements of the earth. Let the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, rain sticks, a crystal harp, and more guide you into a meditative state of rest and renewal.
Sound baths are profoundly beneficial because they help the brain enter alpha and theta wave states—supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity. These slower brainwaves regulate the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and activate the body’s natural healing response. By simply listening, the mind unwinds, the body restores, and the spirit reconnects.
This experience will also be enhanced with aromatherapy, breath-work, and the power of positive intention. Christina is hosting this special session in honor of Suicide Prevention Month—offering a space for healing, connection, and hope. A portion of proceeds will benefit Empower Somerset, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families make healthy, stigma-free, drug-free lifestyle choices through education and resource connections.
Christina has been certified in Integrative Wellness since 2017 and founded her business, Live and Feel Gratitude, that same year. She’s been offering sound baths since 2018 and became a registered yoga instructor in 2021. You can follow her journey on Instagram at @Liveandfeelgratitude or on Facebook at Christina Flanagan Bistis and @Liveandfeelgratitude.
It is her heartfelt mission to teach others how to Live and Feel Gratitude—in the core of their being. She looks forward to connecting with you at this special event and raising awareness together.
