Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation technique of energy and breath control (Pranayama). Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi, called it the most effective method to reach the true goal of yoga: union with God.
But Kriya is more than just a technique—it’s a way of life, with practices and attitudes that uplift every aspect of daily living.

A guided meditation
- Learn what Kriya Yoga is, where it comes from, and why it’s known as the “airplane route to God”
- Explore the lineage of Kriya Masters and gain an overview of the technique and its benefits
- Hear personal insights from senior teachers with decades of practice
