Strength & Stretch

Looking for a local place to get moving during the long winter months? Strength & Stretch is back! (And in a new location!)

Join us on Tuesday evenings, 5-6pm at Boswell Free Methodist Church beginning Tuesday, January 6.

We'll have 30 min of strength training & 30 min of stretching/flexibility. Come for one or both!

This class is for adults of any fitness level.

Bring your own Yoga Mat. If you don't have one extra mats will be available.

This class is free but donations will be accepted toward the instructors' time. [Instructors: Kelsie Muller and Bethany Abbott]
