Together, the chefs will transport you to the rolling hills and rustic charm of the Italian countryside through a menu that celebrates the soulful, simple, and deeply flavorful dishes of the region.

Each course will highlight the essence of Tuscan cooking - fresh, seasonal ingredients, handmade pastas, and the warmth of food meant to be shared. To complement the meal, a curated selection of Tuscan wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

About the Chefs:

This special evening brings together two celebrated chefs and longtime friends whose shared passion for Italian cuisine shines through in every dish they create.

Chef Gabe Bertaccini, born and raised in Florence, Italy, has made a name for himself as both a chef and storyteller, bringing authentic Italian flavors and heartfelt experiences to tables around the world. Known for his rich Tuscan heritage and captivating approach to food, Chef Gabe celebrates the art of connection through cuisine.

Chef Karen Akunowicz, James Beard Award winner and chef-owner of Boston’s acclaimed Bar Volpe and Fox & the Knife, is known for her bold, soulful Italian cooking and her dedication to hospitality that feels like home. Her food tells a story of travel, tradition, and modern creativity - all through the lens of Italian inspiration.

Together, Karen and Gabe invite you to join them for a night of delicious collaboration, laughter, and the spirit of Tuscany.

Ticket prices include all taxes, fees, and gratuity. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest. The menu cannot be modified for dietary restrictions. Allergies will be accommodated as we're able.
