Sunset Yoga on the Esplanade

Center yourself on the Esplanade with a FREE Sunset Yoga class led in partnership with CorePower Yoga. Steady your breaths and stretch out your stresses to the rhythm of the river during golden hour at the park. You won't believe how relaxed you and your body will feel going into Friday! The class is a C2 class which is a vinyasa flow class. We encourage participants to bring their own water bottle and yoga mat.  Yoga will take place every Thursday from 6-7pm starting on July 17th and ending on August 21st on the following dates:
