World Sake Day, October 1st, traditionally marks the beginning of the Sake brewing season in Japan. It is celebrated at tasting events all over the world. Join us at New England’s largest Sake Day celebration.
Sake Day East 2025 is an opportunity to taste more than 70 sake. Explore sake from our Japanese brewers or enjoy a more local taste thanks to our two American brewers: Brooklyn Kura and Farthest Star Sake. Learn from sake experts, enjoy delicious food and more.

If you would like to learn more about sake , we recommend joining one of our guided tastings. These sessions will be led by well-known sake experts and feature specially selected sake. (see more information at the ticket selection page)

Tasting 1: Joto Sake with Joshua Neiderer

We'll explore how regional differences in water, rice, climate, and brewing traditions shape distinct flavor profiles across Japan. Tasting 3: Heiwa Shuzo with Yishi Li and Masahiko Takeshita

Tasting 4 : Todd Bellomy of Farthest Star Sake
