• From pilots to platforms: how leaders are choosing use cases to scale, thinking about build vs. buy vs. partnership, and setting up validation and governance when working with sensitive clinical and patient data.
• The next 3–5 years: what an AI-enabled pharma organization might look like in 2028, which skills and roles will be needed, and where the most important opportunities and risks lie.
