Clothes Mending 101

Mending clothes keeps them out of landfills and lets us wear favorite items for much longer. This workshop will cover a variety of common mending needs and all materials will be provided.

Once registered, you will be invited to send in pictures of the items you will be mending so that we can do our best to have the right thread and yarn colors on hand.

The workshop is divided into three sections, each focusing on a different kind of common mending.

We will break up the time by topic:

6:00 - 6:45 - hems, seams, and buttons
6:45 - 7:15 - inner thighs of pants/jeans
7:15 - 8:00 - sweaters and knitwear

You are welcome to come for the entire time, or just for the time block that relates to your piece.

This workshop is suitable for adults and teenagers.
