Avoiding Antibiotics Workshop

Join Erin O’Donnell, BSN, local author, and former registered nurse, founder of Fully Alive Families, for an Avoiding Antibiotics to learn the fundamentals of supporting immunity as well as what to do when sickness hits. As a mom of four, Erin can give you lots of tools that are not only effective, but also practical and affordable enough for a busy parent or someone working full time. Attendees will receive a "quick reference" binder with recipes and all of the topics discussed. Participants will make & take healing detox bath salts & a chest rub. If you have a child/loved one who will not tolerate taking medications or has sensory issues, please let us know in advance and we can brainstorm an alternative method of healing.
