Adult Aerial Beginners Course!

Are you looking for a new challenge, a social outlet, an escape from everyday life for a while, an exiting way to get fit and support your mental health? If so, this could be exactly the class for you. A friendly supportive environment open to all.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with limited experience or returning from a long break. This course will cover both aerial hoop and silks and it lead by a highly experienced, qualified instructor.

We offer two adult classes on a Monday evening
6.15-7.15pm
7.15-8.15pm
