Niren Chaudhary
An experienced business leader with a heart for philanthropy, Niren Chaudhary is currently the Chairman of the Board for Panera Brand, overseeing a portfolio that includes Panera, Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels—encompassing nearly 4,000 locations in 10 countries. Prior to his role at Panera, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Krispy Kreme, responsible for implementing changes which tripled the company’s enterprise value over five years.
Chaudhary's personal experiences have deeply influenced his leadership philosophy and philanthropic efforts. The loss of his daughter Aisha to pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 18 profoundly impacted him, instilling a heightened sense of empathy and a commitment to giving back. He serves on the Tufts Medical Center Board of Directors and advocates for DKMS, a leading non-profit with the world’s largest stem cell donor registry.
Raj Sisodia
Raj Sisodia is the parent of a Mainstay resident and a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author. He has been on a mission to bring caring, humanity and healing to business and capitalism. A founding member and Chairman Emeritus of the Conscious Capitalism movement, he is a FEMSA Distinguished University Professor of Conscious Enterprise, and Chairman of the Conscious Enterprise Center at Technologico de Monterrey in Mexico.
Educated as an engineer, he holds an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and a PhD in Marketing and Business Policy from Columbia University. Sisodia has consulted with and taught executive programs for numerous companies, including AT&T, Nokia, LG, DPDHL, POSCO, Kraft Foods, Whole Foods Market, Tata, Siemens, Sprint, Verizon, Volvo, IBM, Walmart, Rabobank, McDonalds and Southern California Edison.
