No, they’re not trapped (you can rest assured 😝).
And it’s not even a Halloween story gone wrong. 🎃
I'm talking about the Salt Cave in Borehamwood, a space that’s truly one of a kind.
You walk in and something shifts. The world outside softens and the air tastes different.
Your shoulders drop before you even notice.
On November 15th, I’m hosting something deeply personal.
Ten people. Two hours.
A space to pause the noise and meet yourself (without the labels imposed on you).
Not a place to prove anything… just a place to breathe again.🧘♀️
I’ve spent years studying relationships- the patterns, the triggers, the quiet ways we protect ourselves into loneliness.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you can’t talk your way out of what your body is still holding onto.
That’s why this isn’t a workshop. It’s more of a recalibration.
The salt does half the work, pulling tension from your lungs as you sit in stillness.
The rest unfolds through breathwork, guided release and the kind of presence that your nervous system remembers long after you leave.
We’ll close with tea (because there’s nothing a warm cup of tea couldn’t fix). 🍵
We’ll let go of what’s been gripping- the guard, the performance, the “I’m fine” that stopped being true years ago.
This isn’t about learning more. It’s more about landing differently.
