Oyster Odyssey Dinner & Wine pairing
Our Pre-festival Dinner by Chef Ralph Smith together with French wines by Chemin des Vins Jim Elston is sure to please. Beginning with an oyster raw bar and bubbly to mingle, followed by a seated 6 course dinner with perfect pairings, you won’t go home hungry. Come rub elbows with a few oyster farmers while enjoying their locally raised delicacies…. Space is limited.
