Weekly Walk and Deep Chats (The Board Walks)

Hey there! 👋  The Board Walks are a second home for curious, kind, and open-minded people who love meaningful conversations. If that sounds like you, join us every Saturday at 8 AM to walk 4-5 miles (10,000 steps!).

We ask that you bring a thoughtful topic with you. Think of your topic like the dish you'd bring to your grandma's potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish, then we'll create the most epic 8 AM potluck on the planet. Be a good egg and make your grandma smile.

Dogs, babies in strollers, parents, and friends from out of town... if you believe they'd deeply resonate with our values and love meaningful chats, bring 'em all. We have multiple first-timers on each walk and work very hard to create a welcoming, inclusive, clique-free space.

We’re your walk hosts, Ariana Bahrami and Cat Roten. 👋 We’re so excited to bring this walk to Boone!

It all started back in July 2022, when a group of curious people showed up at a coffee shop and walked 5 miles together in Austin, Texas. Since then, over 15,000 people have joined the walks in Austin and San Francisco.

Born from a spark of connection and community, our conscious walks in Boone were inspired by Ariana’s transformative experience with The Walk in Austin. After feeling deeply nourished by meaningful conversations and new friendships, Ariana knew she had to bring this magic back home. She teamed up with her dear friend Cat, and together they’re inviting folks in Boone to gather, move, and connect.
