🚓 PAWS on Patrol: Pack the Cruiser with Boone PD!

📍 Walmart – Boone, NC
Friday, August 29, 2025, we’re joining forces with the Boone Police Department to do something very serious: snuffing our pet lovers to stuff their cruiser full of pet food. (Yes, it still has sirens. No, you can try them, and no we’re not chasing anyone; unless they’re running from adoptable dogs.)
We’ll have one or two pups on site, who shows up is a total mystery. Swing by, say hi, drop some food in the trunk, and help us feed pets who could really use a full bowl and a soft place to land.
🎯 What we really need (in order of importance):
• Wet cat food – (They're judging. Hard.)
• Wet dog food – (Chunky = cheers.)
• WET FOOD! – (If it sloshes, we want it.)
• Dry food – (Crunch matters too.)
• Fleece blankets – (Puppy hoard level: expert.)
🚫 What we don’t need:
• Excuses
• No shows
• Your cousin’s bearded dragon (he’s cute, but no)
• Fifty-pound bags of bird seed (we’re good, thanks)
Because feeding homeless pets isn’t just nice, it’s our duty!
