Step into a deeper understanding of the chakra system in this immersive and thoughtfully designed class on March 7th, 4-7pm at Ema’s Elegance, 809 Story St, Boone, Iowa.
We will begin with a concise yet enlightening overview of the history and foundations of the chakra system, then move into the heart of the experience: learning how to recognize blocked or imbalanced chakras within yourself and others. You will explore practical, effective methods for clearing and restoring energetic flow, gaining tools you can immediately begin applying in your daily life.
This class beautifully complements practices such as Reiki and other energetic or holistic modalities, yet no prior training is required. Whether you are expanding your current skill set or just beginning your journey, you will feel supported and empowered.
At the conclusion of our three-hour session, you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also be offered access to a shared practice space should you wish to further develop your skills. While business models will not be formally covered during class, I am always open to future conversations for those feeling called to take their work further.
Tea and water will be provided to keep you comfortable and grounded. You are welcome to bring additional nourishment if desired. Please bring a journal, as I will personally guide you through my signature chakra cleansing meditation and you will want space to capture the insights that arise.
