Yoga

Join us on Friday mornings virtually via ZOOM at 10am for a weekly themed Yoga practice. The themes will vary such as: Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Creativity, Yoga for Forgiveness, Yoga for Writers etc. It will be fun to explore the different ways we can use Yoga to assist with whatever we are needing at that very moment.

Beginners are welcome, no previous Yoga experience required.
