METAMORPHOSIS by Dee Ross Exhibition Opening

Join us at ARC – Art Resource Collective Inc. for a the opening of Dee Ross she/her first solo exhibition Metamorphosis in SParc Gallery.

The exhibition runs from Saturday 7 March to Saturday 28 March 2026 at ARC Yinnar

Metamorphosis explores themes of identity, transformation and connection to place, reflecting on the shifts between urban and regional life. Dee’s work invites viewers to consider personal and environmental change through a thoughtful and engaging visual language.

This body of studio work is informed by sketches, plein-air work and figure drawings. In recent years using eco art supplies, leading to producing collage, drawing and paintings. Expanding knowledge and research from attending a mix of local groups which has added extra depth to Dee's work. To have hope in action, it will take listening to a diverse range of voices, to together find meaningful solutions to many current social and environmental challenges.

Dee has a background in fine art drawing and has been involved with select projects, exhibitions and businesses in urban and regional areas. Recently exhibiting in SOULS Exhibition 2025, a contributing artist to After the Smoke - short documentary 2023. invited artist in the training of Gippsland Life Models with Melbourne Life Model Society at LRG 2022. Member of an artist run Life Drawing Group and public plein-air paint outs in Naarm/Melbourne.
