Our Reset day will help you do just that! Start by relaxing the body and mind with Cacao, Sound Bath and Breathwork. Then treat yourself to your choice of Tarot Reading, Tuning Fork Healing, Reiki or Kinesiology.
Let your creative energies flow as you design your own crystal bracelet, and savour the day with memories written in your own custom journal, made for you, by you!
The day will begin with a group Cacao and visualisation ceremony, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath and small Breathwork release. The rest of the day is up to you! If you have ever wanted to try a modality without an hour long commitment, now is your chance.
Indulge in your choice of TWO of the following healings: 20 minutes Kinesiology, 20 minutes Reiki, 15 minute Pyschic/ Tarot reading or 10 minute Tuning Fork Alignment.
Let your creative side out when you custom design your own crystal bracelet, and take notes of how you feel, what came up during breathwork or your reading/ healing in your own journal, handcrafted by yourself.
We will close the day with a gentle ceremony celebrating you and all that you have achieved. This includes writing a letter or poem to yourself, and creating your own custom crystal set of six crystals you feel you need support from at this present time, that you also get to take home.
So go on. Take this day to come back to yourself and try something that ignites your soul. You deserve it.
Spaces are limited. This soul led day is held from 10am until 2pm at the quaint, rustic, peaceful and private Mt Nimmel Hall, Austinville. When booking, please specify which two healings you would like to receive on the day.
Tickets include sound, breathwork, journal making, bracelet making, crystal set and your choice of two healings, as well as refreshments on the day.
