CORE is a guided core recovery class designed for prenatal and postpartum women looking to reconnect with their bodies through safe, intentional movement. This isn’t about bouncing back – it’s about rebuilding a strong, functional foundation from the inside out. Through breathwork, deep core activation, and gentle strength training, you’ll restore stability, reconnect with your pelvic floor, and support your body through every stage of motherhood.
