Celebrating the Summer season coming in, this months Plunge Club will be sponsored by Bondi Active and about setting our cold immersion therapy habits in place as the weather heats up.

Did you know that there are studies to support the idea that Cold Plunges can have beneficial effects on the persons immune system? The cold exposure resulting in increased circulation, reduced imflammation, all can help with the seasons change and illness' sprouting. Cold water to stop you catching a cold!

The weather has heated up around Sydney, but we're cooling things down with some good vibes, cold plunges, and a cup of tea with good conversation to follow. And there will be some spot prizes too!!
