Rooted in Wellness: Community Dinner

You are invited to attend our community dinner, where we can enjoy a hearty meal together and build new connections.

We invite everyone to lend a hand! We kindly ask attendees to help with setting up tables and chairs before the meal and putting them away afterward. Many hands make light work — thank you for being part of the community spirit!

After the meal, we will enjoy a presentation by Julia Kim, an Exercise Specialist with the Sherwood Park Primary Care Network, about “Exercise Basics”. Childminding will be provided downstairs during the presentation. Open to all residents of Bon Accord and rural Sturgeon County.
