In addition to the usual menu of the Laurin Restaurant, chef Stefano Zanini will present his tasting menu Persone e Territorio (People and Territory), a story of flavours rooted in the culture of Lake Garda, celebratingits biodiversity and close ties with small local producers.
Chef Zanini offers a 4-course dinner only on September 10th.
