The news is finally here! We can confirm our exciting Summer event and it's a big 'un... TWO in fact!
The first of which, hosted by the Horwich Festival at the RMI club on Chorley New Road, 24th August bank holiday Sunday - The HHOS Strength Fest QUALIFIERS!

To earn your spot in the Finals you must finish in the top 50% at the qualifiers.
Oh, and did I mention, for the overall Finals winners (1st places), CASH PRIZES of at least £150 each, sponsored by DJD Ltd!

THE RULES
LOG: Grip tops & belt cleans allowed. Floor to overhead each rep. No bounce reps.
DEADLIFT: No suits or sumo. No bounce reps.
FARMERS: No straps/suits/tacky. 15m each way.
BAG THROW: 4m height for everyone.
STONE TO SHOULDER: No tacky. Sleeves/tape allowed. GLOVES allowed. Shoulder reps, no partials sat on front delts/chest!
