Sound relaxation session

Unwind and chill out with our sound relaxation session in the background of our beautiful Art Gallery. Delivered by a sound bath practitioner from Sound State of Mind, the sessions are designed to help ease the stress of daily life and support with your physical and emotional well being. This is an adults only session and please bring your own yoga mats. Pillows are also encouraged! Tickets are £15 and can be booked on our Eventbrite page, link below.
