Menopause Support Group

We have a new course starting on 17th September, 6pm-8pm.
This is for any suffering from peri/post menopause. Sam offers a great support network, great advice and information on how to manage and cope with symptoms.

There's only 10 slots on this course, so please get in touch to book your place.

This course runs for 6 weeks and is free to attend.

There is also a drop in session every Wednesday 1pm-2pm starting from the 17th September.
