Menopause Group - 6 week course

There are 10 slots available on this 6 week, Wednesday evening course.

You'll learn how to help manage symptoms, coping techniques and have a safe space to discuss any issues you're facing when dealing with the Menopause.

Starting on 7th Jan 6pm - 8pm, for 6 consecutive weeks.
