Friday Speaker

This week’s speaker is Philip Caine, who was born in Barrow and, at the age of 53 found himself working in Baghdad.
This talk, entitled ‘Barrow to Baghdad’ will take place at St Andrew and St George URC on St Georges Road in the town centre on Friday 22nd August. It runs from 2pm to 3pm with doors open at 1.30pm and costs £2 for u3a members and £3 for visitors, who sign in and pay at the door.
