Health Check 2025

Our Community Health Check will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 6 am-10 am at the Bolivar Army Navy!

We are excited to announce that our clinical partner SpringVale Health Centers has made even more optional screening tests available to you this year. Optional add-ons at additional cost this year are: A1C, PSA for men, Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy, Vitamin B12 + Folate, Thyroid Panel (T3, Tr, Free T4), ColoFit. Colon Cancer Screening Kit.

The base comprehensive panel is $55.00. (Add-on pricing on the registration form)
