Night of the Firefly

Bring the family out and become immersed in the wondrous glow of the firefly! Surround yourself in nature at night and experience the magic that these beautiful creatures possess. Discover the science behind these staples of summer and craft a glowing creation of your own! Once the stage is set, we will seek out this incredible insect for a closer look! We will end the night by the light of a campfire and roast tasty marshmallows.

The program will include a short exploratory walk of less than 1 mile on uneven terrain.
