Format:
Round Robin -> Play offs.
Each team match will consist of: 2MS, 1WS, 2MD, 2WD, 2XD in a best of 9 format.
Rally Scoring.
Each match will be best of 3.
Rules:
- A player can ONLY play two events.
- There must be a minimum of 4 women and 4 men to play all nine team matches. No restriction on the amount of players per team.
- Teams must submit a roster that has the rankings of each player listed in order of strength with the strongest player ranked as #1. Tournament directors will review rankings to ensure accuracy.
- Before each round team captains will complete a team composition sheet detailing which players will play each match for that round. The stronger player must play the 1st MS match and the weaker player must play the 2nd MS match. The same ranking system is applied for all events. In doubles the rankings are calculated based on the sum of the two players rankings.
- Minimum of 4 teams to sign up for the tournament to proceed.
- If 6 teams or less the tournament will be completed on one day (Oct. 11)

Deadlines:
Registration and payment deadline is September 27 , 2025 .
Drop/Refund deadline is October 4, 2025. Teams that drop after this date will not be refunded.
Cash prizes will be awarded to first place winners. Prizes will be given to the runner ups as well.
BYOB:
Bring your own birdies. There will be birdies for sale on site.

Please book your hotel rooms ASAP. Pioneer has a hotel block for $109/night if you are interested.
