Small group program for persistent pain - targeted mindfulness skills for pain & gentle yoga based movement. Led by health professionals.

Monday & Friday (230-4pm)

Led by experienced health professionals with extra training in yoga

Interdisciplinary support - Pain Physiotherapist (Sarah Creamer) and Health Psychologist (Hannah Tregea)

Includes practical skills for pain including targeted mindfulness, gentle movement and essential pain facts.
