Corrine Hathaway: True North Yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience holding space for individuals’ awakenings and healings through a variety of physiological and spiritual modalities. Corrine combines the esoteric and scientific practices of yin and restorative yoga with Akashic and Shamanic wisdom for a deeply nourishing practice.
Lauren Howell: With over a decade of experience as a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and Yin Yoga teacher, Lauren brings a deep passion for blending ancient wisdom with restorative practices to support your well-being. Guided by the principles of Chinese medicine and the cycles of nature, my approach is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing space for transformation and renewal. Let’s journey together into the stillness of winter and reconnect with your inner essence.
What Awaits You:
Yin Yoga: Surrender to a series of long-held, restorative postures that target deep connective tissues and energy channels (meridians). Corrine will expertly guide you to release physical and emotional tension while enhancing flexibility and cultivating inner peace.
Therapeutic Acupuncture: As you melt into each Yin pose, Lauren will apply precise acupuncture techniques, potentially using tacks or needles, to stimulate specific points and optimize the flow of Qi (vital energy). This personalized treatment complements the yoga practice, promoting pain relief, stress reduction, and overall balance.
Dreamy Savasana: The journey culminates in an extended Savasana (final relaxation pose), where acupuncture needles (if used) gently enhance your state of tranquility. Drift into a profound sense of calm as your body and mind deeply rest and rejuvenate.
